The path towards nature often points its compass back into ourselves. When we give ourselves the time and permission to pause, we often find unexpected clarity and wisdom. The approach that with nature seeks to embody, is a way to bring natural reconnection back into ourselves in a light, and effective way.
In our daily lives, we have become accustomed to operating from our cognitive mind. We enjoy solving problems, creating solutions, and finding answers. Our mental wellness, however, often does not respond to the same ways we problem-solve.
It arrives from vulnerability, awareness, and courage when we least expect it.
